Mick Karl has just competed in the Australian Bodybuilding Championships and won the Masters Australian Title (over 35). A former Ord grower, Mick now lives in Queensland. He was well known in Kununurra for high quality produce he grew on Packsaddle and won numerous prizes at the Kununurra Agricultural Show. He and his family moved to Queensland a couple of years ago. Mick has been training as a bodybuilder for approximately 10 years and first started training in Kununurra's Body Firm Gym, competing in Darwin for Bev Ozanne. He was placed third in his first competition and has gone on to compete all over Australia, he now does personal training and is still growing and selling his own produce. Mick competes on stage at four foot 11 inches (1.5 metres) and weighs 13 stone (84 kilograms) of pure muscle. |
