Brandy wins both

East Kimberley singer/songwriter Peter Brandy has won two sections at the WAM Song of the Year 2005 awards. The announcement was made in Perth last Thursday and Argyle Diamonds flew Peter down so he would be on hand if he won. The presentations were made at the Fly By Night Club in Fremantle. Peter's song 'A Long Time Ago' won him the 'World and Folk Section' and also the 'Outstanding Indigenous Song of the Year Section'.
