Indigenous art to Paris

Two elderly Kimberley Aboriginal artists are about to hit the international scene in an even bigger way.
A new museum on the banks of the Seine River in Paris has chosen the works of Paddy Bedford, 84, and Lena Nyadbi, who is in her 70s, to adorn its walls.
Their work and that of six other Australian artists has been chosen to for the outside walls and doors of the new Musee Du Quai Branly in Paris, which will house a huge collection of indigenous art.
Megan Buckley, who works with Lena Nyadbi at Warmun, told ABC Radio that Lena's art was inspired by her traditional country.
"She's probably a bit bemused that the French would be interested in having it on the outside of a building, but she's also excited and does realise that it's quite an honour," she said.
The two artists are expected to attend the museum's opening in Paris in June.
