Despite the Gordon Enquiry and subsequent action, sex crimes in Kalumburu are continuing.
Kununurra and Kalumburu police have mounted a campaign to clean the community up.
Two men and a 15-year-old boy from the community have been recently charged with child sex offences.
It will be alleged the men indecently assaulted young girls - the youngest just
three.
Kalumburu Aboriginal Corporation deputy chairman Clarence Djanghara, 42, appeared in Kununurra Magistrate's Court on Monday after being charged with a series of sex offences.
Djanghara works at the Kalumburu school and heads up the local State Emergency Services
It was alleged he indecently dealt with two 12-year-old girls on four occasions and indecently dealt with a 15-year-old girl on two separate occasions during February and March this year.
He was charged with four counts of sexual penetration of a child, two of aggravated indecent dealing of a child and two of supplying a prohibited drug.
Bruno Waina, 34, also appeared in court charged with 20 counts of sexual penetration of a child under 13 years, three of indecently dealing with a child, one of encouraging a child to engage in sexual behaviour and one of showing pornographic material to a child.
Both men were remanded in custody to appear again in Broome Magistrate's Court on April 23.
A 15-year-old boy from the same community faced court last week after being charged with indecently dealing with a three-year-old girl in May last year.
He was granted bail and will appear in Kununurra Magistrate's Court on May 3.
The charges followed an investigation by Kununurra detectives and Kalumburu police into claims of sex abuse at the community.
Since the arrests there has been a considerable amount of rock throwing in the community with some families blaming the alleged perpetrators and others blaming the young girls.
The girls have been removed from the community and placed in the care of the Department for Community Development.
Det. Sgt Tom Doyle of Kununurra police said the arrests were probably just the tip of the iceberg and police would be going in again.
He said there should be some very nervous people in Kalumburu.
