If there was a prize for thoughtless stupidity then it should go to the idiot who let out about eight tonnes of molasses in Mills Road last Thursday.
For the owner of the sticky mess Johno Jonsen it means a bill of about $700 and having to get more molasses to transport down to a station for feeding out.
Anyone who knows anything about the incident should call Kununurra police on 9166 4530 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Or alternatively, the culprit can enjoy a game of baseball with Johno, followed by a roll in molasses and perhaps some feathers for decoration.
